This Delivery & Redelivery Policy outlines the procedures, terms, and conditions governing the delivery, redelivery, and refusal of orders, including special provisions for age-restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Delivery Eligibility & Service Areas
- Superstore only delivers to physical addresses within its designated service areas in Fiji.
- Orders may be restricted or declined if the provided address is:
❌ Outside of Superstore’s delivery coverage.
❌ A P.O. Box or non-physical address.
❌ A location prohibited under Fiji’s liquor and tobacco laws (e.g., schools, places of worship, or public institutions).
Customers will be notified at checkout if their address is ineligible for delivery.

- Standard delivery operates 7 days a week, subject to service area availability.

- Refusal to Accept Delivery: If the recipient refuses delivery without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind).
- Redelivery Fees
- First redelivery attempt: Free of charge.
- Subsequent redelivery attempts: A redelivery fee may range from FJD $3.00-$10.00 (Subject to circumstances and it may fluctuate due to reason such as traffic, location or any other) will apply.
- If the customer fails to accept the order after two redelivery attempts, the order will be canceled without refund (except in cases of proven delivery errors).
- Order Refusal & Returns at Delivery
Customers may refuse an order at delivery only for the following reasons:
