We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create digital and print materials for our retail promotions, including posters, flyers, and packaging. You’ll design layouts for ads, digital menus, and displays, plus support social media content. You’ll work closely with marketing and merchandising to keep our brand consistent.

This role leads the Product team and owns the data-and-commerce side of marketing: understanding how customers move through the app, and making sure promotions are planned around what’s actually in stock — not run blind.

This role owns the operational discipline behind creative output — not the vision itself, which stays with the GM for now, but the execution, standards, and team leadership that turns that vision into real, on-time, on-brand work.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role: you set strategy, own the budget, negotiate directly with suppliers and media partners, and manage a team that already includes a content/production group, a small product & analytics team, and a digital marketing manager.
